We are proud to announce the successful development and deployment of our new 135mm Super Long Quartz Igniter, a specialized solution designed to replace metal igniters in legacy stove and burner designs.

In mid-2021, a leading pellet stove manufacturer in Denmark approached us with a specific challenge: they needed to upgrade their older stove models, which utilized metal igniters, to more efficient quartz technology. Standard quartz igniters typically measure less than 100mm, which was insufficient for their application. The client had previously attempted to use ceramic igniters as a substitute, but encountered issues with both the short length and performance reliability.

Our technical team immediately conducted a feasibility evaluation regarding the maximum producible length for a quartz element. We proposed a custom 135mm design tailored specifically to the client's combustion chamber requirements.

Following technical validation, we produced 20 prototypes for testing. The client reported complete satisfaction with the performance and fit. Consequently, this successful trial has transitioned into a stable partnership, with regular bulk orders of 2,000 units now being fulfilled.
